Why this work matters
My work is deeply personal. Before Wombman Wellness Institute, I walked the complex and often isolating journey of hormonal imbalance—experiencing irregular cycles, acne, weight challenges, insomnia and conditions such as fibroids, adenomyosis, PCOS, and pregnancy loss all of which affected my quality of life and ability to perform. After years of searching for solutions that never fully addressed the root cause, I turned to a more holistic approach and discovered that the body does not function in isolation—everything is connected.
That understanding transformed not only my health but my life. Wombman Wellness Institute was born from that journey—a commitment to helping women reclaim agency over their bodies, understand their health deeply and access sustainable, whole-person healing. Today, I bring both lived experience and scientific grounding into my work, supporting women and organisations to approach health not as a quick fix, but as a powerful foundation for wellbeing, performance and long-term transformation.
